My Macbook Pro keeps going off asking "Are you sure you want to quit all applications and log out now?" when I'm using Safari. This guy goes off every hour all day. Please help me!

Automatic logout enabled?
System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > Advanced
Unlock the lock if you have to by clicking on it and authenticating.
"Log out after x minutes of inactivity"
If the box beside is checked, uncheck it.
